What am I feeling?
- anxious, excited, scared, nervous... but most of all, so excited to see what Jesus has in store for me.

I will be spending a year in Fraser, Colorado at a Young Life camp, Crooked Creek. I have accepted a year long internship that will start at the end of August. As most people know, Young Life has been a major part of my life since I was 14. It is amazing to see what God has been doing since then, and how He continues to write my story involving Young Life.
I am ready.
Ready to get there and to make new life-long friends that want more of Jesus too. I can't wait to be encouraged, challenged, and loved by the other interns and staff. I can't wait to see how Jesus humbles me, how he will continue to tear down the prideful walls that I have built up throughout my life. I am ready to see what God has in store for me, what he has for me and why he has been preparing me for this all summer.
This summer, Jesus has been teaching me how important it is to always look for him in the things I do and the places I go. I have always been so bad at verbally saying that I've seen Jesus. I want so badly to see Jesus in the little things, and not only that but to acknowledge that it is Jesus. He deserves that from me. My favorite times this summer have been when I have felt like I have walked side by side the entire day with Jesus.
That is what life should feel like. I want every day to feel like Jesus is standing right beside me. I want to KNOW his presence.
This is what I prayer for. That everyday I can wake up and feel the presence of Jesus.
"For great is your love, reaching to the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth." Psalm 57:10-11
