life-changing.

I traveled to the Dominican Republic on a mission trip this past week. Out main purpose was to show love towards the Haitian refugees that were forced to live in even deeper poverty than the Dominicans. My eyes were opened. Those beautiful people captured my heart, especially the children. They love so freely, so easily.
God showed me true love. I have never seen people in such poor conditions that have a smile on their face always. Those people have barely anything, and are forced to rely mainly on God. They love the Lord so much! Yet, if something happens to us that is the least bit tragic, we hesitate. WHY?
There is a little piece of all of us left in the DR, and I can't wait to see what God has planned next for me, as well as the people in those villages.
" Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes."
Ephesians 6:10-11
